SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

We can ship to almost any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

 

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Unfortunately we do not do refunds, however if the product was damaged due to a mistake on our part, we will graciously accept your returns within 30 days of purchase.

We want to be sure that before you exchange the product, that we do have the right size in stock.  If not, we may be able to show you an alternative design or make another arrangement.  So hang tight! In any case, we need to hear from you via email before you ship the returned merchandise. Please contact info@newamericabrand.com with the details.

Your item will be exchanged as long as:

• You communicated with us within 5 days of receipt.

• The item is in perfect condition, has not been worn, and with tags intact. 

• A copy of the original sales receipt is included.  

 

We are not responsible for the payment of the return shipping.  If you are exchanging an item for another one, and add an additional purchase, we will ship back to you for free!

Please take note, that until your item is in our hands, we cannot be responsible for it. Please track your packages.
